Mile 2107-2119 Timberline Lodge to Muddy Fork

The highlight of today was the breakfast buffet. The best eggs Benedict I've ever had, great quiche, salami, Parma ham, chocolate cake, Greek yogurt, fruit, it was all there. And at the very end of breakfast, news of its deliciousness had traveled so far in to the forest that a chipmunk came in to sample the croissants.
Nice walk from the Lodge under Mount Hood and some great distant views. The alternate walk to Ramona falls was beautiful.

OMG, you're in the back yard practically! 2100 miles, seriously, you might not be able to stop in Canada now... :-D

Girls, this continues to amaze and render me speechless. Will you ever be able to put up with urban life again? You are looking great and have covered an INCREDIBLE amount of ground, not to mention new buddies and truck loads of great nosh. In your element!
